Rent Space at TSP
A top performance venue and community hub in downtown Toronto, TSP is home to everything from neighbourhood programs to world class performances. Book one of our many rooms for meetings, rehearsals, auditions, script readings, workshops, exercise and art classes, or rent our Sanctuary/Jeanne Lamon Hall, named one of the top five concert venues in the city by Music Toronto.

*Please Note* TSP cannot do ticket sales for your event. All clients are responsible for any ticket sales. The seating plan is for REFERENCE ONLY and cannot be integrated with any ticketing system you might use. To use it, you will need to manually update your system.

Accessible
We’re conveniently located next to the Spadina subway stop in downtown Toronto. All main floor rooms and washrooms are wheel-chair accessible via an entry ramp.
Full support
We provide facilities management and event support. Building is open to rentals from 9 am to 10 pm seven day a week with at least two staff present.
Flexible
We have a variety of venues suitable for performance, public meetings, lectures, rehearsal space, dance and exercise classes and small group meetings.
Affordable
Our fee structure is tailored to non-profit budgets and specific types of usage.

Insurance Requirements
We require ALL GROUPS to have insurance for their activities here.
Currently there are two easy options for people looking for new insurance coverage or one-time event insurance. Both also offer options for events involving alcohol, which you must specify. All events involving alcohol require a mandatory Special Occasion Permit (available here) as well as Smart Serve certified servers.

You must have the insurance company list the following as additionally insured on the Certificate of Insurance: “Trinity-St.Paul’s United Church” and “The Trustees of the Trinity-St. Paul’s Congregation of the United Church of Canada”.
